For sale we have a late 1960s Rone watch, of a clean and classic design, with a silver tone chrome plated case and a silver sunburst dial. It has eye-catching stylised Arabic numerals, with a neat crosshair sub-second dial with concentric circles. The case measures 34mm and has a steel screw on back. Inside is the Unitas 6325 manual wind movement, which is keeping accurate time to within +30 seconds a day. 
 
The watch comes in its original box. 
 
We like this watch due to its classic design, with stylised hour markers. It is an enjoyable everyday vintage wear.

Dial: 
The dial is original and is in good condition for the age. It is a silver tone with a brushed sunburst finish. It has raised hour markers which are in good condition. It has a sub-dial with textured concentric circles.
 
Hands: 
The hands are original and are in good condition. The black finish has aged slightly.
 
Glass: 
The acrylic crystal is a replacement which is in good condition.
 
Crown: 
The crown is original and is in good condition with neat coin edge finish. It has some light surface scratching. 
 
Case:
The case is chrome plated and is in good condition, with only slight signs of wear. It has light surface scratching associated with age.
 
Caseback:
The snap on case back is formed of steel and is in decent condition for the age. It has a brushed finish to the face, with the engraving being clear. There is scratching from poor opening.
 
Strap: 
The watch comes on a new genuine leather strap. 
 
Movement: 
The movement is a Unitas 6325 movement. It is a 17 jewel, manual wind movement. It has a frequency of 21,600 BPH and a 45-hour power reserve. It benefits from Incabloc shock protection.
 
The service history is unknown, but the movement is cosmetically clean and is keeping good time. It’s keeping time to +30 seconds a day, with an amplitude of 250 degrees and a beat error of 0.6m/s.
