For sale we have an excellent original example of a 1990s Tag Heuer Professional Diver. It is the mid-size reference WA1214, with a depth rating of 200m. It comes on its original reference 494/8 Tag Heuer Steel bracelet, which has divers extension. It is in very good, original unpolished condition. It is the 35mm case variation. The Tritium luminous has aged naturally to a darker green tone.
This model has been recently revived in the Kith x Tag Heuer limited edition re-issue. Instead of spending over £1000 on a new example, why not enjoy the original for a fraction of the price?

Dial:
The dial is original and is in very good condition. It is a black tone, with red minute track. It has Tritium luminous hour markers which have aged to a nice tone.
Hands:
The hands are original, of Mercedes style with lollipop second hand. They have the original aged lume. They have turned a cream tone.
Glass:
The sapphire crystal is in good condition with no marking.
Crown:
The crown is original with Heuer signing and is formed of stainless steel. It is in good condition.
Case:
The case is Stainless Steel and is in good original condition. It has a satin finish, which has some light marking.
Caseback:
The case back is formed of steel and is in good condition with light surface scratching. The original engraving is good. It remains unpolished.
Strap:
The watch comes on its original Tag Heuer stainless-steel bracelet ref 494/8, which is in good condition with light surface scratching. It has divers extension. It will fit up to a 7.5” wrist diameter.
Movement:
The movement is a Tag Heuer 296 which is an ETA 955.412 Quartz movement.
The movement is original and is working perfectly. It has had a new battery fitted.
