Here is a 2010s Jaeger-LeCoultre Ladys Reverso Classique. The model reference is 260.8.86. This is the more desirable manual wind version with calibre 846/1 movement. The Stainless-Steel case is well proportioned at 19.5mm x 28.5mm, with a lug-to-lug measurement of 34mm. The original JL signed bracelet will fit up to a 7-inch wrist diameter. The watch is keeping time to around +1 second a day having been regulated. This is a pleasing and well-designed example of a modern Reverso from Jaeger-LeCoultre.
The watch does not have its original box and papers.
The dial is in very good original condition. It has a dark silver grained finish to the outside with black Arabic numerals. The inner square is a light silver satin finish, with a dark blue hour and minute track around the outside. The dial is signed Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso, with JL logo and Swiss made text. The dial reflects the light excellently and is a simple yet intriguing creation with its mix of textures.
The handset is in very good condition. They both have a thermally blued finish.
The Sapphire crystal is original and is in perfect condition.
The crown is a well-matched replacement, after the original crown was lost. It winds the watch and sets the hands as it should.
The case is formed of Stainless Steel. It is in average condition. The front and sides and light dings and surface scratching consistent with age. The reverse cover has some light marks from polishing. The case has been lightly polished to remove some more un-sightly marks.
The sliding mechanism works as it should. The case back is Stainless Steel and is in average condition. The grained finish has been re-finished at some point, not particularly well. The Jaeger LeCoultre signing is visible, as is the reference and serial number.
The watch is on its original Stainless-Steel bracelet with signed JL clasp. It is in good condition with light surface scratching. It will fit up to a 7-inch wrist diameter.
